Physical Test Lab (UTM)

The final and most important stage of our Quality Management System is the final testing of steel bars after production. At this stage the Yield Strength, Tensile strength, Bend Test and Elongation of bars is tested against their respective grades as specified in ASTM A615 Standards. We have installed two Universal Tensile Machines of different capacities where these tests are conducted after regular intervals. Our Testing Equipment is calibrated with University of Engineering and Technology, Lahore (UET) and PSQCA, both considered as one of the most renowned testing institutions of Pakistan.
